Service Issues: If there are any significant issues with the service provided, we may offer a partial or full refund after reviewing the situation.

Deposits: Deposits made to secure services or appointments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise at the time of booking.
Special Packages or Promotions: Any services purchased as part of a special package, discounted offer, or promotional deal may not be eligible for refunds.
